Abbie and Emenike met after friends encouraged them to join a dating app. Abbie didn’t have any expectations of meeting someone and promised to stick it out for one week only. Emy matched with Abbie and arranged their first date just 1 day later. They went to dinner at the oxo tower for dinner. Emy was a perfect gentleman.

They’ve grown together as individuals and a couple, sharing a mutual respect for one another first and understanding that love and trust is grown over time and with patience. They align in so many values and have become best friends. Taking this next step to be married feels natural.

What’s next for us? We have a big year ahead of us. We’re moving in together. Abbie, Emenike and Roman the cat will all be under one roof. Emenike is not a fan of pets but he and Roman will have to learn to get along. There will be plenty more celebrations to be had and we can’t wait to share all of our news with you all.
